His service included being stationed on two submarines and four years as SC Naval Engineer Officer Recruiter before entering the real estate profession. As a son of a builder, he has always had an interest in real estate, paving the way for this career path after retirement. Tim is outgoing and loves the outdoors. He has a passion for collector cars and boating. Starting in construction as a teenager, Todd helped his father build a custom home and ever since then has remodeled almost every home he has purchased and enjoyed the transformation process. He and his wife enjoy visiting with their children and grandchildren (all boys) and enjoy their weekend trips together.

    Rob Has lived most of his life here in Leesville SC. He has three children with his wife of 6 years. His father was a local home investor growing up which led to him pursuing his career in home building. Rob started his career as a superintendent building multifamily retirement homes and has 9 years’ experience building residential homes here in the midlands. He also has 5 years’ experience providing warranty and customer service to his homeowners. He enjoys spending time with his children and family riding four wheelers and working on jeeps and trucks in his spare time.

With almost 30 years in the business, he has worked in many different phases of the industry. In his free time, he loves fishing and hunting. He is a member of the Batesburg-Leesville Masonic lodge, Jamil Shrine temple and Aiken Shrine Club.
