The BOYL CAD Drafter provides day-to-day management and oversight to each plan set within the company portfolio. This position is responsible for ensuring each plan set is up to current building code as well as creating and editing site specific plans for each client. This position will review client specific truss layouts to each plan to ensure accuracy. This position will be responsible for editing and updating renderings as needed. This position shall maintain a constant desire and ask to improve plan efficiency.

Under the direction of the Director of Sales. The Build on Your Land Salesperson manages the sales and customer contact process from within the Build on Your Land Retail Store and in the field to achieve monthly and yearly goals. This is a dynamic salesperson position which requires developing and meeting customers, influencing their decision process by communicating our value, and qualifying them through a detailed discovery process.

Ø Works with and develops relationships with local Real Estate Companies and Agents to generate Agent based leads and promote the Brand.

Key Job Functions (Included but not limited to):
1) Creates contacts and qualified leads through organic growth and marketing to include but not limited to Home Shows, calls, realtor outreach, open houses, luncheons, flyers, and scheduled events.
2) Develop a relationship with potential investors to stimulate referrals and bulk sale possibilities.
3) Works with and supports the customer through all phases of the planning, buying, construction and closing process. Helps to manage the customer from contract to closing and serve as the main point of contact from initial contact to closing.
4) Presents customers with the products, pricing, and any other information needed by the customer.
5) Proactively connects with people to make them feel comfortable and follows up to reinforce the buying decision.
6) Works at/from the retail store at a minimum of 5 days a week but is available when needed for appointments with buyers, training, home shows, or other functions which are essential to achieving the monthly and yearly goal.
7) Frequently visit and walk homes under construction and addresses issues of concern with the Builder.
8) Manages leads and follow-up activity schedules via personal notes, telephone calls and e-mail communications. Enters all customer data, contact information and activities in the CRM daily.
9) Works with the Director of Sales to maintain a Sales Book to include available plans and pricing.
10) Has detailed knowledge and understanding of all BOYL, standard features, and products used in construction.
11) Performs competitive shopping and is responsible for maintaining current competitive shopping information for all competitors to include plans, pricing, included features, options offered and sales. Relays marketing suggestions, pricing opinions, floor plan suggestions and overall improvement suggestions.
12) Promotes BOYL by participating at general brokerage sales meetings and dropping off sales materials and incentive information.
13) Accurately complete clear and concise paperwork and documentation as required.
14) Be proactive to learn new technology, systems, and programs.
15) Builds business relationships with co-brokers, Chamber of Commerce, Realtor Association and other local businesses and organizations.
16) Dresses professionally.
